Access to Circulating Books owned by the Strayer Library

Circulating books in the collection at any Strayer University campus Learning Resources Center (LRC) are available for loan to registered students taking online classes. The online library catalog, Horizon Information Portal (HIP), identifies the holdings of each collection. Books listed as circulating or as in the general circulating collection are available for request. Books are loaned for a three-week period and can be renewed by email or phone. Strayer will pay shipping costs to your address; each borrower is responsible for return postage. All returned books must be mailed with tracking provided. Each borrower is responsible for returning the books on time. Borrowers will be billed for late items at 10 cents per day and/or charged for lost or damaged items.
